Last week we talked about the impact of the ink on the #DecorativePaper printing which will also bring #ColorDifference. This time we continue to talk about the factors that can bring about the color difference in the production process.


Due to the large output of #DecorativePaper printing, special color, large base color characteristics, the most extensive printing method for special color printing gravure rotation printing. In the process of printing, the operation of ink color matching, cylinder and printing press will cause the #DecorativePaper to produce different degrees of color difference.


For example, in the process of printing and operation, the left and right pressure is not uniform of the rubber roller and the blade is not leveled, which will cause the horizontal color difference. Another example is the influence of the printing machine speed on the ink viscosity, leading to in the ink transfer rate change, and then resulting in the color difference. If the oven drying control is improper, resulting in the paper horizontal color register is not accurate to cause the #ColorDifference.
