Binders, pigments, solvents, and auxiliary materials combine to homogeneous paste in water-based ink. The ink's quality is directly affected by the major factors listed below.
✔1. The most crucial factor in ink application is viscosity which has a direct bearing on both the effectiveness of ink mobility and the standard of flexographic printing.
✔2. Alkali-soluble acid resin is the main type of binder used in water-based ink. The regulation of PH value is also important because PH value directly affects the viscosity of ink.
✔3. Thickness degree is the third indicator. It is the degree of dispersion of solid powder materials, such as pigments and fillers blended in the binders.
✔4. The general rule for choosing ink dryness is that the ink should be completely dry before next printing, rewinding and stacking except for the step of printing.
